what crimes whould these be prosecuted as
1)entering a electronic store at night through a unlocked door come inside and steal a tweeter from the store
2)ask someone on the street who has a food bag whats in their food bag and the person with the food bags says why the you collar grab the person with the food bag then the guy with the food bag says ok its chocolate chip cookies then the person who collar grabbed reaches in takes the chocolate chip cookies eats the chocolate chip cookies without permission and walks away
3)clog a sink drain and leave the water running to flood the whole place
4)collar grab someone and shove the persons head through a window
5)get through a window jump down inside and unlock the door from inside the premises
6)while paying for something at a store you trick the clerk about a wrong dollar amount and when the clerk is not looking you reach in the cash register and steal money from the cash register and walk out of the store
