my credit card debt is around 65000 i can only just manage my mortgage and car payments i want to walk away from the credit card debt how best can i do this legally if at all? my credit score is already ruined so i figure what have i got to loose ????? can i be sued for the money as i do have home equity but cant get to it cause my credit card debt is so high no one will refinance me with cash out I’m in a catch 22 thank you

I would see a bankruptcy attorney. I might cost you a hundred bucks, but he or she will advise you if Bankruptcy is the way to go. It sure sounds like it might be.
