My finance in an undocumented worker here in the US (Baltimore to be specific). We are about to get married. After we get married, is he now an automatic citizen or gets legal residence? What sort of forms will we need to fill out? We don’t get married for another year, and I am worried that he might be caught and deported. He has his Maryland driver’s license and has been paying taxes.

Do yourself a favor and go hire an immigration attorney in Baltimore. Take it from me, this will save you time and money in the long-run. Too many different forms and if you mess up filling them out it will delay the process. I hired a immigration lawyer and problems gone.
I would get married fast! It can’t hurt to be married. I bet your boyfriend won’t be deported if you finally tie the knot. I would call a lawyer pronto. You don’t want your fiance looking over his shoulder for ICE agents and being deported. Plus there is pending legislation in Congress that might legalize him any way. I think it is called a z-1 visa.
