Hi there, I had a trust fund set up for me, to be used for my benefit until I reach the age of 25. Currently I am 20 years old and money has been released from time to time to pay for trips abroad, and some help with university. I found myself in need of money for a car as my car has been written off through no fault of my own, yet the Official Solicitor refuses to release any further funds. As it is my money I was wondering what steps I could take, or if I could actually apply for all of the money to be released next year on my 21st Birthday as it is for my benefit. Thanks
