I live in Loudoun County, Virginia and I was recently apprehended by the police. On the way to the jail to get booked, the office accelerated and drove 60 mph in a posted 35 zone and 45 mph in a posted 25 zone with no lights or sirens on. This is wreckless driving and can I take any action?
