I have a few outstanding traffic tickets and have tried to set a payment plan and have sent money to the courts but now my tickets are in collections , my wages are being garnished leaving me with nothing i can’t even make my rent payment and to put the icing on the cake the courts said they never recieved my payments!! is there any way I can settle this without them garnishing my wages ?? Im in Southern California . Please help me Thank you in advance

Did the court system that you sent the payments to agree to the payment plan? Did you reference the payments to some sort of account or ticket number? Did you keep track of the check numbers and when they were cashed?
