I am having issues with toxic mold in my apartment. I have contacted several personal injury lawyers and they are telling me that I need to be sick before they can handle my case. I don’t have anywhere else to turn to and i just want them to get the mold out of my apartment. What else can I do to get them to move on this quickly?

Are you sick from the mold? If not, I would demand the apartment owner/manager to remove the mold immdiately as you are worried about getting sick. If that doesn’t work call the appropriate department of health and human saftey for the state of Oregon.
