I AM NOW CONSIDERED AN HABITUAL TRAFFIC OFFENDER. THE REASON IS BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING IN A SUSPENDED LICENSE AND GOT PULLED OVER 3 TIMES IN 4 DAYS. NONE OF WHICH WERE SERIOUS REASONS, BUT STILL ILLEGAL. ANYWAYS I NOW DRIVE JUST TO SCHOOL AND WORK, BUT I MET THIS ATTORNEY WHO SAID HE COULD TAKE 2 OF MY DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE TICKETS BACK TO COURT AND HAVE THEM KNOCKED DOWN TO RECKLESS DRIVING. THIS WAY WOULD TAKE THE HTO OFF MY RECORD AND I COULD GET A NORMAL LICENSE. CAN HE REALLY DO THIS, AND IF SO, IS THIS POSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO WITHOUT THE AID OF AN ATTORNEY.

I’m not convinced a lawyer can do this and he probably shouldn’t have told you he can. Driving on a suspended license is a serious traffic offense but reckless driving isn’t much better. In my state its one less point. No matter what you need a traffic lawyer ie criminal lawyer. Representing yourself for one charge is one thing but for 3 charges is a whole different thing. You a lawyer.
