What is the statue of limitations on car repair…
I have service done to my car in 2007 and the dealership did not reset my mileage to what it was when I took the car in for service should have been around 42,000 miles. When I left the dealership my car had 500,000 on it but I did not notice until we took car back 4 weeks ago. Now dealership is saying to much tike has gone by but they do know it is there mistake.
My father-in-law was cited in Pueblo,Co. for having to many caged hybrid pigeons on his property. He has 137 pigeons and the new ord. states he is only allowed 40. The officer said if he is gr4andfathered in he could lawfully have the 137 birds but the officer could not tell me how many years my father- in- law would have to have owned the property. He purchased the property June 10th, 1961. Can you please clarify the period of ownership in Pueblo,Co. that would constitute Grandfather clause privilege’s.
Thank you
Don
Our daughter was born 28 years ago in Burlington, Vermont. She was injured at
birth and suffered a brachial plexus injury. We did not sue our attending
OBGYN at that time because we felt it unethical. However, our daughter has grown up with considerable challenges and
her injury impacted her life and career.
Would there be anyway for her to sue the
physicians at this time?
My mother recently passed away. She has a will. There are 4 siblings involved. We are trying to find and locate the atty that drafted the will. How log is it before the atty has to contact us and advise us she has the will. Thank you

A girl friend was living with me and we bought things together. When she left she took them and left some stuff behind. I would like to settle this matter out with her but she will not talk to me, and she moved away and its hard for me to find an address on her. What is the Statue of Limitations in Civil Case like this one in Indiana.
She took the stuff out of the home on May 24, 2009

Diagnosis of the Injury
Some injuries or illnesses won’t present immediately following an accident. In fact, illnesses resulting from asbestos exposure may take decades to unfold. It may also be that the full extent of injuries won’t be known immediately, particularly in the case of spinal injuries, where swelling and damage to the spinal cord may force the doctor to wait a number of days before making an accurate diagnosis or prognosis. In these situations, the statute of limitations usually begins with the diagnosis, and may still vary according the state the injury was sustained in and the type of injury involved.
The Age of the Victim
If the accident victim is a minor, the statute of limitations may not begin counting down until the minor turns 18. However, this is not typically the case in a medical malpractice suit, where the statute of limitations might be considerably shorter. It is important to contact a professional experienced in personal injury law for minors to ensure claims are filed in a timely fashion.
Statute of limitations can be confusing, because there are many factors that go into determining how long it might be and the method for calculating it. If you have been injured through no fault of your own, it is best not to wait to seek legal action. Talk to a personal injury lawyer right away to find out what your rights are and how much compensation you deserve.
