if there has been a incident where a juvenile was arrested an accused of a crime but during the interrogation an arrest the police break an violate multiple amendments? Is there a limit of time this case can be brought back up. Cause even though the preliminary hearing all charges dismissed due to no evidence but leaving charges on my file an never erased..??

Owner had not said anything about it. Our agent contacted seller’s agent who said she informed him of town hall meeting….he never told us.
Amount was for $6,000. Can we take our agent to Small Claims at this point? Was recently told Statute of Limitations was 8 years.

I have service done to my car in 2007 and the dealership did not reset my mileage to what it was when I took the car in for service should have been around 42,000 miles. When I left the dealership my car had 500,000 on it but I did not notice until we took car back 4 weeks ago. Now dealership is saying to much tike has gone by but they do know it is there mistake.
