My husband and I have been separated for almost 3 1/2 months we haven’t filed for legal separation or a divorce yet but I plan too soon. He is a member of the army national guard and hasn’t paid me a dime since we have been separated for our 2 yr old daughter nor does her call about her or see her . He is already living with his new girlfriend must i mention i am his second marriage already and he is 25 yrs old . Does anyone know if I can contact someone in the military to help me with his irresponsibility and what he has done to me and our child???? Also will he have to pay back child support when we go to court???

My husband and I separated in Sept. of 2008. In our legal separation agreement, I am entitled to half his pension credits from his work that he has been with for going on eleven years, eight of which were were married. How do I go about getting that? Does he have to request that from his HR department with his employer or do I need to hire someone to do that for me?
Almost a year ago my husband, we are now separated but not legally, borrowed money from his grandmother and used it to purchase a couch at an auction. We separated and he moved out of the house 5 months ago and now she wants to come and take the couch out of the house…can she legally do so without proof that it is hers?
