my psycho girlfriend tried to kill me and i have a restraining order and we still going through the case for assault & battery. i just wanna know if i can talk to the bank and get out of been the co-signer of her car since we don’t have contact any longer and she wont make the car payments on time.

My husband and I are separated and he wants to come get the furnishings out of our home. His step-dad is co-signer on my apartment lease, but I am making all the payments. I have asked them not to come into my home without me present, but they insist that they leagally can because he is co-signer. What can I do to keep them out? Can I file a civil harassment restraining order against a 16 yr old girl that is accusing my 15 year old son of getting her pregnant? She says she went to New York (this part is true) and had the child and is now back. I have talked to the girl’s mother and she has said it is not true, she was never pregnant. But the girl continues to tell this lie to everyone at their school. My son has been very upset and unable to concentrate on his school work, as a result his grades are dropping. The girl’s mother seems unable to keep her daughter from making these false accusations, do I have any legal alternatives to make her stop?
