I have owned a piece of property for nine years, and the same fence has never been removed. My neigbhor is saying that some of his property is on my side of the fence.
Can they just move the line back?

I live in an apartment complex in Beaverton, Oregon, I have always paid for my water/sewer/garbage and until this year it was capped at $45 a month. Now, it keeps going up, when the question is asked about why, we aren’t getting any answers. I try to be conservative about my water usage. My upstairs neighbor is single and his washer/shower are constantly running. I don’t like the idea of paying for his water. This is certainly not ethical but, is it legal? Shouldn’t I be able to get a direct answer from the management company? I can’t budget at this time and find myself being stretched to thin financially.
