Judgment garnishment, Ohio

I have a judgment against me for $2,500.00.
The creditor filed for garnishment.
I make only $75.00 dollars per week after taxes.
The form I have states for Ohio I must make over $219.00 or the 25% over this amount.
25% of $75.00 turns out to be $18.75.
I make $144.00 less of 219.00 per week.
Can they legally take $18.75 of this small amount as I am destitute and this is all I make and have hardship;can this be legal?
Would I have to make so much above the $219.00 to be legal to garnish wages?
I thank you for this answer for Ohio law.
Sincerely,

Tony B.
