I was charged with Grand Larceny in Pinellas Cty., FL in 1974. Adjudication was withheld and I served 2.5yrs probation out of 5. Can I get it dismissed now that it is 35 years later? With new technology it comes up when I am fingerprinted. Any help would be appreciated.

if you have been convicted of a felony does this mean you can never serve on any type of jury? if you are eligible does it vary from state to state? i.e. convicted in California but possible jury duty in Alaska?
