How much is the fine for criminal trespassing in Athens, Ga.? I was at Country Rock and was falsely accused of furnishing alcohol to a minor. I went back a few times and the fifth time they decided to arrest me and say I was barred.They charged me with criminal trespassing. I do not recommend anyone going!!!

Can the local Tim Hortons in my town (st.Andrews New Brunswick Canada) ban me from entering the premises, because I filed 3 complaints in two years to the corporate head office about burnt coffee, then go to my place of work and tell my operations manager that I am not allowed on the premises and serve me with a letter stating if I do it will be trespassing?

Went to a house party last week in which neither parents or my friend was home; they were on vacation in Seattle. My friend gave us permission to use his house and left a door open. Party caused no damage and nothing was stolen. 20 people went, can we all be charged with a crime? Friends parents found out and are mad.

If several police officers entered a home with out the home owners giving permission or would have not known because of no family members being there at the home at the time they were there and had there not been for surveillance in the home no body would of known. What laws have been broken?

The school my youngest daughter’s school called me at work and wanted me to come pick her up. I was at work so I sent my oldest daughter. The Principle gets mad because I my daughter told if they had been doing their job the situation would not have happened the lady got mad called my daughter ghetto and told her to leave the property at which time my daughter left. The lady followed her to her car still yelling for her to leave. When my daughter got home the police came and trespassed my daughter saying that my daughter was threatening kids. My daughter did not threat any kids and she left when she was asked. What can I do to get this charge removed from her record because it is hindering her getting a job.

Is it a crime to enter into a friends home to retrieve my belongings, if they are not willing to give them back?

This past Friday I got a citation for criminal trespass while leaving a party at my sister’s college, which I was visiting ( I am over 21, by the way). It was dark and I couldn’t see very well and I was not at all familiar with the area. Anyway, this is my first offense and it definitely will not happen again. I am also a good student and I am involved in the community and have two jobs. I would like to know whether I should hire an attorney/request a public defender on my court date, what are my options as far as pleading (Not guilty, guilty, or no contest), what are the possible punishments, and what are the possible repercussions for future careers?

I was picked up for criminal trespass. My wife and kids were at a house an I stopped to see what was going on, we are separated at this time. How ever the owner came to the door and said that I needed to leave and I asked to speak to my wife and he allowed it after haven a conversation with my wife I was arrested. I stayed on his property because he allowed me to speak to my wife. so why did I get arrested
