I just read in the paper that a driver in the Essex Maryland area had 3 dwi’s, several speeding ticket, driving under a suspended license, speeding will under the influence of alcohol was recently pulled over for speeding in Baltimore. How can this person be on the road? He is obviously a menace to society.

I read about that too. Apparently he failed to appear in court on several occasions which actually helped him fall through the cracks. I hope they throw the book at him for speeding and all the past violations, especially the DWI’s. We don’t neet that type of driver in Essex or anywhere else in maryland.
