I would like to know the statue of limitations concerning a divorce settlement in the state of Illinois. Nothing in the divorce has ever been followed. I have been dealing with this for the past 20 years, but no one will do anything about it. I was recently told by the judge to file a civil case against my ex. Any help would certainly be appreciated.
