I have had some problems with my neighbors, I have talked to both parents and asked for them to not allow their daughter to “go out” with my son (13 years old). Not only did mom not care about my request but allowed them to see each other behind my back in their property. Now they have been engaged in some sexual activities and when I confronted the parents she said infront of both children “If you don’t allow them to they will do it behind your back anyway” ” I know because I did it when my mother didn’t allow me to”.
This woman went above my authority as my son’s mother to decide if he had permission to be in her property or not, when I spesifically said He was not allow.
My son now feels its ok since she is supporting this. Is there is something I can do legally to keep them apart. I do not want my son’s life ruined.
