My son is 9 and in the last few weeks it has come to my attention that his father, my ex-husband has been verbally abusive toward him, he has yelled at him, called him names and belittles him. I have an appointment scheduled for my son to see a counselor but is there anything legally I can do. My ex and I share custody and next week he goes to his fathers for the week.
