I live in east bay of california. I have an ex who has been vindictive and has posted pornographic pictures of me on a merchant web site under the listing of the company I work for. These pictures show my face only. They were downloaded on his phone when times were better. I work for a tax preparation franchise with offices throughout the country and this. What legal steps can be taken to resolve this problem?

You could probably file a lawsuit for defamation or punitive damages.

If one of your friends has a Law degree, I would ask him/her for some free advice.

If all the pictures show is your face why the concern? I dont see a law suit her eat all. Your compnay could send a cease and desist letter since this is effects them.
