I am In trouble with Macy’s. This Wednesday I was In the store and security stoped me then I was exiting out of the store with unpaid merchandise. I know this Is second time It happens to me and no one will takes my explanations seriously. I had Items from the store In the store’s bag ( just because I had the two other bags and my purse In my hands, I was late to pick up my son from school and could not receive a signal on my cell phone. I stepped out of the store area to see If can make a call to my husband to pick up my son on time. I was about to cross the small area In the hole way to go on the second floor of the Macy’s store by the escalator, It did not even appeared to me that I am actually out of store area. Security tool all the bags I had and give me to ticket even for Items from the other stores. I actually was trying to return this day and could not locate an original receipts. most of the Items have gone on sale and I decided to look one more time at home before finally, I purchased these Items about three weeks ego at the Bay Shore locations and was hopping that these stores will be able to trace my credit card I used. only realize that I used my debit card which was I had to cancel because of strange charges In Florida ( I was In Florida last time about eight year ego) Now because I have a new debit card I cannot even produce copies of the receipt. Only prove I have Is my bank statements. I am not 100% sure I did not lost them at the security area, because simple fact that I could not locate my check book. Even my car key was returned to me. Securities personnel made a such a mess on the floor that they did not even noticed my car key for two hours.
I understand all this sound ridicules and no one will takes my explanations. Now I have a two ticket one for $1,300.00 from Macy’s and the other one for $1,300.00 for all the other items from (Banana Republic, J.Crew and Kids Gap ). I asked the police to look at the parking cameras outside so they can see that I was caring these items then. According police man they did and even went to each store and clerks proved that I was thee, the only store I did not get to was Kids Gap because it is on the second floor. Please help me with all this craziness. Ether ways please do not let Max knows about all this it is too embarrassing and simply idiotic.
