I live in a duplex in Elkridge, MD, and my neighbor has both a horse trailer and a fullsized winnebago in his driveway. Needless to say, this fills his driveway, so invariably when he parks his 2-4 other vehicles, they end up in front of my driveway. Is there anything legally that can be done? The driveway blocking isn’t to the point where I can’t get out, just a nuiscence, and the horsetrailer/RV are a real eye sore. Also, there is no Home-Owners Association. Thanks!
