Post Divorce Recovery?

At the 11 year mark of our marriage, I began to get another strange vibe; as if things just were not right in my world. Instead of digging around, I decided to let the scenario play itself out. I thought if I gave her enough rope, she would hang herself. Sure enough, that’s how it played out. Turns out she was having another affair, this time with one of her co-workers; a male RN named Tim. This time I could not forgive. I knew it was the end.
We separated but it was only during the separation that I found out that she not only devastated me emotionally, but financially as well. She cleaned out our savings, the balance on my credit cards was maxed out and because the judge agreed with her, she also got to stay in the house. She was allowed to live in the house that we had bought with my VA loan. The VA loan that was a benefit of mine because I had given five years to this country in service now meant nothing. She lived there and eventually moved her new guy in. To make matters worse, a month after we separated I was also laid off from my job. So I no longer had a job or a place to live.
My question is this:Due to the fact that I signed off on the divorce within 3 months, i can honestly say that i was not in the proper frame of mind when i signed documents. She sold the house. Do i have a chance at recovering any monies off the sale?

Unfortunately chances are no. If you agreed upon the terms and signed off on it you probably have no legal recourse. That is a bum deal to say the least and thank you for serving our country!
