I was recently pulled over for wearing headphones while driving. I understand this is against the law but the cop decided to search me as well as my car and found an unopened liquor bottle in the back seat and some more unopened beer in my toolbox and bed of my truck. I am 19 years old and was not drinking that day, but still recieved a possesion of alcohol ticket and court date. I believe this is bull****, the beer was months old and i was obviously not drinking at 2:45 in the afternoon. In court i was charged for underage drinking and fined. What is the law for carrying alcohol underage?
