My husband and I hired a contractor to complete concrete work in our backyard. Two days after the work was completed in an unsatisfactory manner, the workman were asking for additional work. We asked that they leave our property The worker is now alledging that he was struck by our car when my husband was backing out of the driveway, there was no mention of injuries and not police called as this never happended. My insurance company is advising me that my PIP may have to cover as the man has no other insurance. How can this be when there was no contact ever made with this person?
