What sort of behaviors do police look for to pull people over in Arizona for DWI and DUI?

An DWI lawyer in Maryland told me that police in Maryland look for a lot of things to spot and pull over drunk drivers. I am sure it is very similar in Phoenix, Arizona.
1. Speeding
2. Swerving
3. Cracked windshield
4. Tail or headlight being out
5. Wide turns
6. erratic speed
7. Erractic lane changes
8. loud music
9. Going 10 miles per hour below the speed limit.
10. Braking too often
11. Driving without headlights
12. Delayed reaction to green lights
13. Driving after 12am doesnt’ help either
14. not using blinkers

I’ve heard the headlight being out and a cracked windshield are big red flags for pulling over someone for drunk driving in Phoenix or anywhere else. Neither of these reason can be challenged in court and are not as subjective as “the vehicle was swerving” or the “car was delayed in proceeding through a green light”.
The best way to not get pulled over is to not drink and drive!

Once the car is pulled over, police look for drunk driving by
1. Seeing if the person is slow to get out of the car when ordered, or has trouble getting out of the car
2. Bloodshot eyes
3. Odor of alcohol
4. Open container of alcohol

Once this happens, an officer can perform a field sobriety test and even ask for a breath test. The field sobriety test can involve standing on one foot, saying the alphabet, flashlight in the eyes..etc. Most states, I’m thinking Arizona is the same, have there officers take a course and are cerfitfed by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration on field sobriety tests.
