I live in Baltimore City and my case was in Baltimore city circuit court.I had several felony drug and gun charges in this particular case. This was my first offense so I was granted Probation before judgement. When I do a case search my record says probation before judgement on one of the charges and Jeapordy or other conviction on the rest. What does that mean. Have I been convicted or not. The judge said I was not but looking on case search I’m unsure. Also I have changed my life and am leaving that stuff alone. I have a valid cdl and am looking for, anyone have any ideas since most employers treat charges the same as convictions when doing background checks. Thanks to all who can help.
