I receive my paychecks with the mileage reimbursement already included and I have requested a couple of times that my mileage reimbursment be on a separate check because the gross amounts always include the mileage amount. My employer or payroll administration refuses to do so and I think I am paying taxes on on mileage reimbursment. Do I have that right to request that these checks are disbursed separately.

I don’t think you have a right to have a separate check for mileage. However, it should not be taxed as income. I would make sure it is not taxed.
