my name is landa. I have 2 kids , both of my kids are in foster care. my kids been foster since last year. my case worker she is no help. the public defender he dont do his job. I cant get my kids back all of the so called case plan. cps is all about money & lies. my kids are in suffering in the foster home. I cant get no help. my kids are being hurt in the foster home. I need a good fighting lawyer. my kids grandmother on there dads side is trying to get our kids. the workers in her state is telling her a lot of lies. my case worker want my kids to be put up for adoption. I hope they give them to there dads side of the family. my kids grandmother have a lawyer here in ohio. the lawyer she has he is not good. she had to pay him a lot of money. she told him about my son being hurt. the lawyer told her he cant do nothing about it. we need a lawyer we can trust. we need a lot of help & support. I live here in stark county ohio. Parental rights can be terminated by court order for the protection of the child or by consent of the parents. Here, you have the consent of the other parent so get in contact with a local family law attorney and the process should be relatively simple. Keep in mind that It terminates all rights and obligations of the parent with respect to the child.

He has no rights to terminate. You named the wrong man as Father. In eyes of the law he “is” the Father and Bio Dad has no rights
