The cops came in our home me my husband and sone were asleep at the time we lived with our mother they had there guns raised the whloe time and banged on our bedroom door cause we slept with it locked because of my mom and her boyfriend my husband opened our door and they through him on the floor was yelling at me to get on the ground and i was pragnet and the officer knew that onje of the other officer told me i did not have to but they made me take my son and go in the living room and was yelling at me had me almost in labor calling me a liar and i am not a liar they said my husband stole a refrigator that was in our house but all he did was help my mom and her boyfriend git it up the stairs when they first chrged him it was theft under 1500 over 500 then come to find out when we went to court they raised it up to burgarly of a buliding and took him back to jail his bond was 10000 dollars but we had al;ready been paying on the first bond we never recived anythang saying they raised his charge and we could not understand why his bnd was 10000 when othjers were 5000 suppoibly it was a chuch that they said he broke into thtas why it was so miuch that is straight out of the DA mouth to me that is not fair for one and for two shows me how crucked athens tx is they need to worry more about the drug infested areas the acusing a man of somethang he did not do wat can i do about this if there is anythang ?
