Is there a law in ohio stating that a child cannot live in the mothers room?
my friend just found out that her father has had her her and her two brothers illegally when her mom had custody all this time. They secretly moved to their moms house one weekend that they visited. Her older brother went back to her fathers but her and her younger brother stayed. Her father is trying to use anything possible to make her mom look like she is bad for the children when she isnt due to the fact that she doesn’t yell or throw things at them like their father does. He is trying to say that Leo who is 5 cannot live in the same room as their mother even with separate beds. We need to know what age limit is for him to not be able to live in the room with the mother. Please help as soon as possible.
