I was working for a client through company A but since company A was paying me very less , I transferred my H1-B to company B but remained with the same client through company B. I have a clause in the agrrement which says that I cannot join any of the clients directly or indirectly for a year after termination of employment. If they file a litigation against me , will salary consideration be given to me?
