My fiance was put back in jail for drinking while on extended supervision.Now for some reason she wont give me she put a no contact order on us. I am not on any kind of probation and never have been.Since all he did was drink at our home and I had nothing to do with it how can she put a no contact order on us? Thank You

i have 2 questions my fiancee was charged with a sex crime on a kid 13 years ago he has no priors since than or before he put a no contact order on us he put it on his parole papers never went through courts all because i know the system can he do that.if someones in jail and there girlfriend got a paper notorized for her to pickup his check and he signed it does the parole officer have the right to call the employer and tell them not release the check to anyone.
