need help, hit and run accident

my car was involve in a hit and run accident,at the time i had full coverage in the car cause i still own the dealer,were i bougth car.but the car his still damage,and no one is helping me.i call the dealer and they don’t want to help me and they telling me tha they goin to give it to the insurance,without my permmision,cause they put it as total lost and i was against it cause off what they wanted to pay for it, i talk to the insurace inspector for a second chance,and he did. so somehow the insurance tell me that they spoke to the deal and had a agreement to fix the car,but i call the dealer and they keep telling me that they don’t know about that agreement a to stop calling tham and asking about the statu of the car to deal with the insurance, so i did.i call the insurance and they also playing games ,is like he said she said games and i need alot off help with this people.i need to solve this problem soon cause my fiance is missing alot of work.if someone is willing to help please contact me,the delar took my car without permission and wound give it back to me,dont know what to do
