My husband was run over by a streetcar while he was working for the MASS BAY TRANSIT AUTHORITY the judge told him that he had an open case till the day he dies, well that happened in 1979 he never settled with anyone but was forced to take an early retirement when he started having back and neck problems because they began processing the paperwork to attempt to fire him and he was afraid that he would lose all that he had in his pention that was in 1992 I believe well he has suffered with many many health problems not the least of which was a right leg amputation {not from the accident} we constantly struggle financially since I also am unable to work to care for him {and I wouldn’t have it any other way} but they have caused us many many hardships and I really think that they should be made to pay he was dragged 50-75 yards down the street, he spent many months in the hospital since 50 percent of the skin was burned from his body, and he is in constant pain from arthriis from the trauma of that day. Is there any attorney in MASSACHUSETTES that has the courage to take on the MBTA?????? The last attorney we had was friends with, and played raquetball with the MBTA lawyer so not only did he fail us I believe there was a conflict of interest and he should be investigated by the ethics board as well!!!!!! Please there has to be one hero left out there, PLEASE HELP HIM, PLEASE!! Thanks in advance.
