my ex kidnapped my son ,has his name on birth certificate,and is not biologcal father!.

what am i able to do as the mother when my ex signed my sons birth certificate , and isn’t the biological father, and now he kidnapped my son. what can i do to get my son back as soon as possible. i know where he is but if i go and call the police they’ll probably say they cant do anything since he signed the baby birth certificate.. what to do?
You need to deal with this through courts. You need to find real Father so he can request paternity test and be named Father. Here is a website that might guide you through that process. Its a forum site

You need to determine parentage. That can only be done by the courts. Although your ex may not be the biological father, he may still be deemed the presumed father which may give him parental rights superior to the biological father. If that is the case, no kidnapping.
