We bought a commercial peace of property in Florida, paid them over one million dollars already and owed the rest, but later found out we could not lease the building due to parking limits… what should we do?




What does your lawyer say? I’m thinking that you had a lawyer help broker that real estate deal for 1 million dollars. Maybe you can get an easement or something. If you don’t have a lawyer, find one that has experience in corporate leases and land deals:
