I went in for bilateral tarsal tunnel, then 8 months later because I was in the most debilitating pain they went ahead and said you need a triple nerve release and revision tarsal tunnel…I never had an EMG and this is the protocol I am disabled and I found the info on this surgery, I am the only patient that has had bilateral nerve surgery..I was only in menopause, I was asked before surgery if I had any previous surgeries and I said yes a partial hysterectomy 1993 and wrote this on their paperwork, my feet started to hurt in june 2005 this should of been a huge red flag, a simple blood test would of saved my life, I am writing to you because a friend e mailed me and told me of your site, I am not sure how to go about this, I had a hard time in Boston because I could not find the protocol for this surgery, I now have it from Dr Ducic who is the Professor at Georgetown Univ. who teaches nerve surgery, no one in Boston has ever had bilaterl nerve surgeryhttp://www.wftv.com/health/18374640/detail.html
