I had a horrible incident with my attorney as he didn’t show up for one of my court cases. What type of lawyer will sue another?

Legal malpractice is extremely hard to prove. The legal malpractice lawyer has to prove not only was the lawyer malicious and incompetant, but also that you would have had a different and better outcome if you had a competant lawyer. This, coupled with the fact that lawyers don’t like to rat on or sue other lawyers, make these types of lawyers hard to find.

The attorney you need is one that specializes in legal malpractice. These types of lawyers are hard to find. Good luck and sorry to here about your situation. I would probably report him the the local and state bar association as well.
