Insurance Claim

My brother was involved in an accident about 3 months ago. He was rear-ended and his car was totaled. He decided to work with the other persons insurance company rather than hiring legal representation. The insurance company will only pay for a fraction of the repairs. What can he do now?

This is just another reason why you should hire an attorney when you are involved in a serious personal injury such as a car accident. Tell your brother to contact a personal injury attorney immediately. These insurance companies never want to pay the full amount of any claim. I see so many people complain about the fees these attorneys charge for winning cases but the flip side is you bet these types of attorneys are more likely to get full compensation than if you try to work with these insurance companies. The insurance industry is one big scam. They raise their premiums but don’t want to pay.
