What forms do i need to bring my Vietnamese wife and her two sons to the US? I was born in America and am a natural citizen. We were married 2 months ago while she was visiting. The sons are 11 and 8 years old. Do I need to file separate petitions for all three?

I think you need a K-1 Visa application, found on the uscis.gov website under the forms section. The website has a lot of good information and help. The only fee is when you submit the form. Be careful of other websites that ask for money for the forms. This is why getting a lawyer would be helpful.
Forget about doing it yourself. Too much can go wrong. I would highly recommend you hire a immigration attorney. Filed these types of forms in the past, filed the wrong forms and was a complete disaster. Decision to hire an attorney after several failed attempts.
I would definitely contact an immigration attorney to help you through this immigration process. There are a lot of immigration lawyers in Northern Virginia, not to far from Richmond. I do think you to file an I-130 for your wife but not for your 2 sons. I think they are included under the following to join provistion. You should check out the immigration website to get the I-130 form, but as I said get a lawyer to help you out here, they know all the ins and outs of forms, interviews, petitions, green cards, permanent residence, and visas.
