I can not tell you how long I have been trying to get a no contact order dropped in Wa. everytime I speak to someone they tell me to do something, for instance the last thing I was told to do was write a letter to the judge that ordered it to ask him to consider it’s removal. I call about a week after sending it to make sure that he received it. A few days later I called back to see if he had a chance to review it. The clerk informed me that due to the fact that my boyfriend has a lawyer it would not be read by the judge. The court mailed a copy to Matt’s lawyer and the city attorney. Matt’s lawyer will not file a motion because everytime he does the city attorney’s office denies it because they do not agree with the request.

I have spoken to my advocate a million times and she always tells me that I am in short an idiot because I want my damn life back. I did not ask for the ‘nco’, I do fully understand why it is in place but I feel like I keep running into a brick wall then backing up and hitting it again. I would like answers, advise or anything you can give me. And I already know that your going to tell me that I should think about it some more to be sure that it is truely what I want and that if I do this I may not be able to get help in the future. I am not stupid, I am an adult that is fully capable of making smart rational decisions.

Please help me in any way you can.
