My husband works for one of the largest casino companies in Las Vegas. While dealing with verbally abusive customers who are losing their money is an anticipated job requirement, last night an aggressive and abusive patron physically punched him. His supervisors saw it and looked the other way, though my husband was told by a colleague that a supervisor later informed the patron (a big money player) that he would have to control himself or be ejected. No security was called, no medical attention for my husband… and being the largest gaming property in town, it is proving to be difficult to find an attorney who has not worked with the gaming property in the past. Any ideas?

You husband was assaulted by someone. What I would do, is find a lawyer in Las Vegas that specializes in plaintiff law against the casinos. I am sure they are out there and that lawyers specialize in this type of law.
Here’s the deal though, if you husband sues, then he will probably get fired. A lawyer will be able to advise you. I would say there are probably as many lawyers suing casinos and defending them.
Look on the lawyer directory on the link at the top of this website.
