I was involved with a co-worker and we recently had a falling out. She advised me that she was going to obtian a warrant on my wife for slander, and when asked, “Why are you doing this, is it becuase i choose not to be with you?” and she states “yes.” What can i do?

Absolutely not. A warrant for what? She is just threatening you. She has no legal recourse nor can she obtain a warrant for “slander”. The only thing I would do is worry about her telling your wife about your relationship.

No she can’t get a warrant for slander. Your wife doesn’t even know who she is. Don’t worry about the warrant but do worry about your co-worker telling your wife. The only thing you can do is hope she doesn’t tell your wife about the affair.
