Grounds for Non Party to Sue for and Recoup Purge and Child Support

Are there any grounds for a non party to sue to reclaim a purge amount and child support paid for spouse’s children? Due to economy, health issues, and substantial transition expenses, my husband’s income is not enough to cover all transition fees (children 800 miles away and we are responsible for all transition fees) let alone child support. I am forced to pay the child support and just had to pay $1,000 purge to keep my husband out of jail (we are in foreclosure because of the steep support and transition expenses being higher than our joint household income). The judge stated he knows my husband has “no money” and that I was the one having to pay the purge from money borrowed to pay our mortgage but he didn’t care, and refuses to lower support. Since I am a non party and was the one essentially punished with the purge and having to help pay child support that exceeds my husband’s entire income, can I sue his ex to recoupe the purge and the child support I am forced to pay for children not mine? (By the way, his ex has an income that is fifteen times higher than our household income combined.) Are there any grounds for me to sue and recoup money I was forced to pay for children not mine?
