I know in Maryland you can only get charges expunged, not convictions. To get a criminal conviction taken off your criminal record you have to request a pardon from the governor (in Maryland). What state do you live in?

Did you serve a prison sentence for Arson? Arson is considered a crime of violence and if you’ve been found guilty or served a prison sentence chances are you can’t get is expunged. You should contact a criminal lawyer to see if you can get this reduced to a misdemeanor in which you could expunged.
