I live in Georgetown, Delaware about 45 minutes outside of Dover and I’m in search for a divorce lawyer who can handle both a divorce and child custody. My husband and I are in the process of a very long awaited separation after 15 years of a failed marriage. I have 3 kids all that are 10 years apart. The divorce was prompted after I found out my husband was having an affair with his secretary. It all started a few years ago after failed attempts of marriage counseling that cost us several thousands of dollars. Apparently he has been having an affair for some 2 years. For the record, my husband is not a bad dad just a bad husband. He is a great provider to both me and my kids and never has laid a hand on me, so domestic violence is not the case here. Just adultery if that isn’t bad enough. Also, since this is a known fact what are may chances of getting full custody of my kids?

As for your divorce you should have no problem getting some type of money out of him since he was unfaithful to you during your marriage. Chances are you will also get custody as well. The only trouble you may run into is that he is a good father, hence he may get some type of partial custody, perhaps weekends. I’m sure since he is a good dad you don’t want to keep him away from your kids.
