Finding the right divorce attorney

I have a quick question regarding researching an attorney to handle my divorce case. I am located in Detroit, Michigan and going through a very stressful time. My wife and I have been married for over 12 years and I recently was caught having an affair with a young lady at work. Our marriage was on the rocks for the past 2 years and after I suspected her of cheating on me, I decided to do the same.

We have 3 kids and I have a lot at stake. I need to find an aggressive attorney to represent me. I looked at several different lawyer websites over the past several days and they all say the same things. How can I find the right attorney and what should I look for in that attorney?
