complaints with Mountain State As a new student, never attended college before in my life, gravitated toward a councilor at MSU, to direct me into the right path for my future. After a few weeks of attending general courses I decided it may be best to pick a major. Only being a few weeks into my courses I asked her how would I go about changing or dropping classes and how would that effect my financial aid. She shared with another staff member that I was a “pain”! Which was unprofessional and ill-mannered of her. This had made me completely embarrassed, mortified, and somewhat depressed. At this point I decided if I couldn’t get the help that I needed then I needed to go somewhere else. I then asked for instruction to quite my courses and to do it in a way that wouldn’t effect my financial aid.I’ve called plenty of times being transferred after transferred, my mother has talked to staff members as well to resolve the bill that I received. Never was it resolved. I recently talked to a guy In the financial aid department where I forward the email of her calling me a pain and her telling me to withdrawal classes because that would be best for the aid. I was also told that I was approved for financial aid but I never had an interview to actually receive the aid. I was NEVER told that I had to do such. I was told I was approved at the beginning and that I could start classes. As being a brand new student, and unfamiliar with the whole college ordeal, I put faith into MSU staff to direct me into the right direction. The account has been sent to collections an dit 4,000+ dollars and no on one at MSU will help me. I have the email stating all of the statements made above.

I assume the return will be sent back for signing, but what can happen if the tax return form is never signed?

I understand that the US law requires a signature on a tax return for it to be valid.

For the sake of this hypothetical return let’s assume the IRS agrees that all taxes are paid.

She had a Ventricular Septal Defect(VSD) and received surgery when she was three months old but Social Security denied her benefits, which they have since stopped paying. She still has a murmur and I appealed their decision, but they stopped paying anyway, but the checks should have continued while the appeal was pending. Instead they stopped the checks and put in an application to reapply. This child has ADHD and other problems and I have been without checks for her since September. Do I need to talk to an attorney,about the discontinuance instead of letting them ride til after my appeal?

i had reported a man for touching me inappropriately 1 year ago in February. it took the police 1 year to get back to me. this is very unprofessional. I have been and am still being advised, i don’t sleep properly due to nightmares. I could not go through with continuing the case because it was to hard to go through it all again after 1 year whereas if it was dealt with professionally, justice would have been served and i would have closure. However i am frightened to go out at night, i cannot sleep in the dark, i feel uncomfortable when people touch me which is a step up being as i used to cry, jump, shake. I am only 17 years old and i feel my innconce has been taken from me and the law did nothing to help.

My supplier email got hacked and asked me to wire the money to new account. Unfortunately I believed this request and wired the money. Less than 12 hours, my suppliers notified me that this is wrong account after I wired the money. I called my bank (FTB) in less than 12 hours to stop the wire transfer. Also I went to bank that I wired the money (Suntrust) to request if they can freeze the fund (my money). The Suntrust officer mentioned the money was freeze and I should get my money back. Also, Suntrust confirmed that the account name is not matching with the account name in their bank. However Suntrust didn’t decline the money even the account name is not matching. Suntrust told FTB (my bank) that the money was gone after 10 days. However, I went to local bank to investigate next day. The Suntrust representative in my local area mentioned that the Suntrust Fraud Department has the money. However, I can’t get my money back from Suntrust. Now, no one from Suntrust wants to help me. My Bank (FTB) can’t force Suntrust to refund the money.
I went to police station and they advise me to hire lawyer. If I hire lawyer and sue Suntrust bank (since they had my money), can I ask Suntrust to refund me and pay for my lawyer?
Also, I secretly taped my conversation with Suntrust when I need to find out about the money. She mentioned the fraud department had the money. So, I know that the money is not gone yet. It confuses me why Suntrust told FTB that the money was gone if they kept the money.
I am confused and don’t know what to do. I really appreciate for any advise.
