i was in rite aid and i was looking at the vitamins and as i exited the loss prevention agent came up to me and asked me to go to the back room cuz i got caught shoplifting as i went to the back he told me to empty my pockets and he made me take off my pants and to shake my legs cuz i have the vitamins
do i have a legal case on that bastard

Did you have an items? You don’t say. Do you have a case? Not likely. What you can do if you had nothing and LP let you go is contact either the Store Manager or Corporate tell them you want to be compensated for the wrongdoing. Expect a Gift card for around $50.00 at best.
